Not a very creative picture. This is the phone I use each work day for the SCRUM calls associated with the data migration project I've been working on for the last year or so.

Be sure to take a look at the shots of San Francisco Carly posted.

On the way back to the house last night we stopped to pick up a few things at this convenience store.

I stayed in the truck and took this picture.

Be sure to take a look at the shots of San Francisco Carly posted.

It is quite a change being back here after living in New Orleans for a week.  I visited 318 Coffee and Bands last night and caught up with the people there.
As I was leaving I took several photos with an iPhone.  It is obviously not the right tool for night photography, but I thought this was an interesting photograph.

Carly posted a nice beach/pier photo in her Naturally Occurring Monochromatic Scenes Project.

I've been in New Orleans for five days having the Naked in a Train Experience.  Talk about FUN!

Whooohooo!

I rode the Crescent to New Orleans.  After checking in The Nine-O-Five Royal hotel, it was out for a bit of fun.  These guys were great.  Good musicians and hysterically funny.  They said they were a trio.

The excursion to The Audubon Aquarium of the Americas provided awesome opportunities to take pictures.

I didn't take this picture.  The man holding the sign gave me the sign and took the photo with my camera.  He said that was how they rolled on Bourbon Street.

I had the opportunity to return to the Audubon Zoo.  This toad and the gentleman holding it were both from Australia.

I couldn't resist a bit of photo play on the train ride back. I took this using an iPhone and the Slit-Scan Camera app.

It has been a long time since I've been to J.R.'s for take out.  Things had changed a little, but not much.  We called in our order and I expected it to be ready when I got there.  That wasn't the case.  It wasn't prepared until I walked in the door.

Summer time is a mixed bag of play and work.

I don't know where this cat came from but I've seen it around the house pretty often in the last couple of weeks.  It is pretty skinny so I don't think it belongs to anyone and appears to be making its living hunting in the yard.  Should be pretty good hunting as grown up as it is in places.

Carly' posted some beautiful flower photos.  The colors are awesome!

I take at least one picture each day but just can't get around to posting them each day.   Life can get busy.  Speaking of busy, I'm leaving for New Orleans tomorrow for a week of photography fun. Possible adventures include the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, the Audubon Butterfly and Insectarium, plantation row, Lafayette Cemetery, and the Garden District  New Orleans is great for street photography too.
